International Tax Strategist

As our Director International Tax, you will be the primary contact for all global tax matters and report directly to the Vice President Finance. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic tax leadership and expertise in support of M&A activities, ensuring tax efficiency and compliance throughout the transaction process
  • Managing tax audits, disputes, and coordinating with external advisors
  • Reviewing international tax returns and ensuring compliance
  • Providing guidance on tax implications of global business operations
  • Maintaining tax documentation and mitigating tax risks
  • Collaborating with finance, legal, and operations teams on tax-related matters
  • Training and supporting internal teams on global tax matters
  • Researching and monitoring international tax laws and changes

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Tax Management, Accounting, or International Law (CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred) and at least 10 years of experience in international tax strategy. Additionally, they should have knowledge of transfer pricing, tax provision calculations, and tax compliance.

A strong analytical skillset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in English are required. Multiple other languages are a plus.
