Job DescriptionAs a Technical Support Specialist for Application Development, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving IT requests from customers, tracking software development errors, identifying and fixing system issues, documenting frequently asked procedures in solution databases, and collaborating intensively with cross-functional teams across the Porsche Holding Group.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A completed vocational training or degree in IT, computer science, or a related field;
- A strong passion for IT and a desire to specialize in application support;
- An excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with people;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
