Our straightforward, get-it-done attitude helps us stay focused on what we care about most: helping our customers create more sustainable, profitable businesses."Our promise is to Listen > Learn > Deliver".About the role:As a senior leader and a member of the Australian and New Zealand Executive Management Team, the People & Culture Manager will serve as the executive owner of the people and culture strategy for ADAMA's businesses across Australia and New Zealand.
The primary focus of this role is to develop, implement, and oversee strategies that drive talent acquisition, retention, and identification, alongside coordinating culture initiatives that reinforce ADAMA's values and value proposition to employees.
This role is both strategic and operational, combining leadership in HR strategy with hands-on management of HR activities.Reporting to the CEO Australia, some of the key responsibilities include:Deliver operational HR guidance and support to line managers and ADAMA employees.Collaborate with APAC and global HR to ensure alignment between local and global HR practices and strategic initiatives.Partner closely with the CEO and Executive Management Team to serve as a trusted advisor.Design and implement a comprehensive people strategy encompassing organisational design, recruitment, retention, performance management, learning and development, compensation, and employee engagementCo-create and drive culture strategies in collaboration with the management team.Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and strengthen ADAMA's organisational culture.Talent acquisition, performance management and compensation strategyEmployee engagement and wellbeingLead organisational design initiatives to optimise structure and role clarityLearning and development and continuous improvementGeneral administrative HR functions including reporting and documentation, policy management and compliance monitoring.What you will need to be successful in this role:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.7 + years experience in a hands on HR/People & Culture management roleProven ability to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives.Strong business acumen with an understanding of how HR drives business success.Exceptional leadership and influencing skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in HR technologies and systems.Experience in change management and organisational transformation.Strategic Thinker & a Collaborative LeaderAdaptable, personable, approachable and innovativeSomeone who is not afraid to be "hands on" and get the job doneIf you're not afraid to grow and learn, and are passionate about working for a company who values its employees, is fun, adaptable and always open to new ideas, then apply nowFor candidates who progress through our screening process, we are obliged to ensure that all candidates have the necessary legal right to work in Australia.
