You will be responsible for all financial aspects, rostering, hiring, training, and managing the floor, all with supportive upper management.Who are you?If this sounds like a role for you, you will possess high energy, flexibility, and the ability to operate autonomously within our structure. Ideally, you should have at least three years' experience as a leader/manager in a restaurant.You'll be able to show that you have a proven track record in achieving KPIs and leading high-performing teams with strong interpersonal skills, whilst demonstrating your ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively.Skillset and ExperienceStrong people management and coaching skillsHigh-level prioritisation, organisational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical ability and effective decision-making abilityExcellent interpersonal skills with strong internal and external customer focusAbility to cope with changing work demands and a fast-changing environmentNext StepsIf you believe this is your next role, please contact us today with your cover letter and resume.
