Branch Manager

$125,000 per year + Super + Bonus + Vehicle
We are currently seeking a Branch Manager for our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of automatic door systems in Australia.
This role is perfect for a sales-focused leader who will oversee the NSW team (Sales & Technicians) and develop a sales strategy aimed at driving long-term revenue growth.
Monday to Friday work scheduleCompany VehicleAnnual BonusPermanent PositionOpportunity to work with a respected International companyImmediate commencementResponsibilities: Provide quotes for projects within the specified margin rangeDrive sales and consistently exceed targetsSecure projects to meet the Installation budgetManage and support the Sales Engineer and 2 TechniciansBuild and enhance the brand presence within the Adelaide marketCollaborate with Sales Support to ensure accurate and timely invoicingOversee scheduling and delivery of projectsOffer direction and feedback to technicians on project quality and serviceConduct inventory analysis and manage orderingReport regularly to management on team progressCriteria: Proven experience in building, managing, and directing a sales team is essentialPrevious experience in the automatic door or related industry is highly desirableExperience in selling to large builders/fabricators is advantageousStrong drive to succeed and exceed targetsProactive team player with the ability to work independently in a small organizationExcellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlinesStrong verbal and written communication skillsA strong commitment to safety standards and practices #J-18808-Ljbffr
