THE OPPORTUNITY
We have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our Sydney branch in Wetherill Park.
The role will involve managing the day-to-day operations of your branch, including all sales, service, quotes, enquiries, fitting, and product support.
You will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets, effective inventory control, people management and driving a strong safety focus.
You will exceed the expectations of customers by managing the quality of products and services and delivering the ultimate customer experience.
To help you do this, we will provide you with your own top of the line 4WD work vehicle kitted out with Norweld accessoriesWhile you will be based at the branch day-to-day, you will also get the opportunity to attend 4×4 trade shows around the country and connectwith customers and thecommunity to help them achieve their Norweld dream.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support the brand in your local market and continue to build effective relationships with customers, partners, vehicle dealerships and 4×4 and accessory storesOversee daily operations of the branch, including customer service and sales activities and making or recommending improvements as neededIncrease branch productivity and output by performing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunitiesContribute to the development and implementation of the sales plan in your region to meet company goalsLiaise closely with the Sales and Marketing Team and Customer Service Manager regarding sales, fitting schedule, and customer serviceWork with salespersons in your region (and nationally) to ensure customers receive the complete Norweld experienceWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate will have:
