As a Sales Executive at Hilton Surfers Paradise, you will have a passion for customer service and actively maximize sales for groups and events by generating and turning customer enquiries into confirmed sales.
You will work closely with the commercial team to achieve pre-established goals and will interact frequently with customers and Guests to learn about their needs and develop relationships from which to earn repeat and expanded business.
Review business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive efforts to fill capacity and meet set targetsContribute to the selling strategy of the hotel, and assist with the departments adherence to achieving that strategyUnderstand the competitive marketplace and ensure the hotel stays ahead in the local marketSelling to achieve planned and forecast revenues and the department's Key Performance IndicatorsProactively generating business leadsAnswer customer queries in a prompt and professional mannerWhat are we looking for?
