Reporting to Head of Quality and Clinical Services & supported by a Care CoordinatorMonday to Friday Permanent position – some on callSeeking experienced Clinical Care Manager & People LeaderWestern Metro Region of VictoriaNurse Generation is excited to assist an established and reputable aged care provider in finding a Clinical Care Manager to lead and oversee clinical services.
Reporting to the Head of Quality and Clinical Services, the Clinical Care Manager will drive high-quality care, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and lead a team committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for their residents.
Key ResponsibilitiesClinical Leadership: Provide expert oversight of care planning, assessment, and service delivery to support resident well-being.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all clinical practices meet state and federal guidelines, including SIRS reporting and National Quality Indicators.Staff Management: Lead and mentor a team of RNs, EENs, and PCs, overseeing performance reviews, training, and recruitment.Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI): Implement and monitor quality improvement initiatives, chair committees, and ensure accreditation standards are met.Resident Engagement: Involve residents, families, and carers in care planning to maximize independence and choice.Qualifications and SkillsCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.Postgraduate qualifications favouredStrong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC systems.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with electronic care systems (iCare experience desirable).What Is on OfferAttractive Salary & NFP BenefitsA supportive team environment rooted in our community-focused ethos.Opportunities for professional development and ongoing training.The chance to make a meaningful impact on residents' lives while shaping the future of aged care.RequirementsNDIS Worker Screening Check.Evidence of current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations (including boosters).Commitment to our values and compliance and work within the code of conduct.Apply now to ensure that you are considered for this opportunity.
