What you'll be doing
The Executive Administration Officer provides executive support to the General Manager and Site Operations Manager Hornsby Ku-ring-Gai and co-ordinates administrative functions within the Executive unit of Hornsby Ku-ring-Gai as the Team leader.
The role ensures the smooth functioning of the diverse administration requirements of the Executive unit including executive correspondence and support for facility management, finances, planning and project management.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to be self-motivated with good time management skills.
Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workload, meet deadlines, be flexible and show initiative.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a wide range of people, including friendly and helpful customer service skills.
Strong writing skills including demonstrated ability to produce high-level executive reports and policies for submission; ability to create reports which integrate complex information from multiple sources into a concise and easily understood document - with careful attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to coordinate administrative functions including change management and proactive problem identification and solving.
Capacity to work under minimal supervision and perform a diverse range of tasks in a high pressure and busy executive office.
