We feel that owning an EV should be easier and more convenient than owning a petrol vehicle and are working hard to make that a reality.
To help us support our customers on this journey we're seeking a talented Business Development Executive to drive our growth to new heights.
EVSE Australia is a leading supplier of EV charging solutions across the residential, fleet, commercial, and public market segments.
The Role
We are looking for a strategic thinker with the ability to execute on plans and seize opportunities as they present themselves.
We value speed and the ability to move quickly, which is necessary in this fast-growing industry.
This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills both in person, and via email, video, and phone.
We are looking for someone to step in and lead our team to the next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
Achievement of Software Segment Sales Targets Deeply understand the Australian and Overseas EV charging software markets to identify new opportunities Work closely with marketing teams to create the right marketing messages, website design, flyers, and marketing material Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand Maintain existing business and manage key account relationships Work closely with in-house and external development teams to ensure customer feature set is reflective of market needs Think critically when planning to ensure project success You Are
Driven and determined to succeed Thrive in environments of constant change Enjoy being challenged Know how to close sales and make an impact Want to lead and be part of a high-performance winning culture Strong Technical Acumen and the ability to communicate complex topics simply Qualifications
5+ years prior industry-related business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented You will be working full time out of our Silverwater office with our high-performance team, making an impact on the way we work, move, and live.
