Medical Sales Representative - Vic South TerritoryAbout the Company
Our client is a globally recognised, rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company known for its dynamic culture, where high standards are matched by exceptional support and development opportunities.
They are currently seeking to expand their successful local team and are looking for an experienced GP Representative or an outstanding 'rookie' with a strong sales background.
About the Role
As a GP Representative, you will:
Promote and sell prescription medicines to general practitioners.Be directly responsible for your sales achievements and success.Build and nurture relationships with key doctors, influencing their prescribing practices.Manage your territory with the autonomy of running your own business.Enjoy the rewards of your sales growth through a competitive compensation package.Skills and Experience Experience: Either a seasoned GP Sales Representative or an exceptional rookie with proven on-road sales experience.Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets.Attitude: A results-oriented, proactive approach with a 'can do' mindset.Qualifications: A tertiary degree in science is essential.Customer Focus: Strong emphasis on customer service with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.Communication: Proficiency in interpreting and conveying technical information effectively.Requirements: Full Australian driver's licence.Rewards and Benefits Fully maintained company car or allowance.Competitive base salary with bonuses.Comprehensive benefits including a laptop, mobile phone, and superannuation.Career advancement opportunities with full training.An incredible company culture that supports, trains, and develops its employees.Next Steps
