In this role, you'll play a vital role in supporting clients and growing the business.
Your responsibilities will include:
Client service excellence:Maintaining and building strong relationships with clients and insurers,ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.Guiding policy administration support in handling all aspects of policy administration,from invoicing to documentation processing.Risk management:Assisting with risk identification,analysis,and mitigation strategies.Working with the Claims Manager providing technical advice:Supporting clients throughout the claims process,ensuring smooth resolution.Process improvement:Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Business development:Contributing to the development of new business opportunities through client interaction and referrals.
You're a perfect fit if you possess:
Proven experience in insurance broking (Tier 1 preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational and time management abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with broking software experience.A positive and proactive attitude with a client-first approach.
