Our venues include the Lady Banks Rooftop Bar and the Basement Brewhouse, along with diverse food offerings across Italian, Asian, and middle eastern cuisines, just to name a few.
The Group operates six clubs as well as a state of the art 600 seat theatre, a large Grand Ballroom and an extensive range of facilities to host events of all kinds along with a commercial office tower.
About the RoleWe are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Marketing Graduate to join our dynamic marketing team at Bankstown Sports Club.
This role will provide support across various marketing functions and associated venues, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
The ideal candidate will have a keen interest in the hospitality industry and a strong desire to learn and grow within the field of marketing.
ResponsibilitiesWork closely and support Marketing Specialists across campaigns, live entertainment & events, digital, CRM and brand.Provide administrative support and assist with cross-functional projects.Assist in the implementation and monitoring of marketing campaigns.Help coordinate promotional initiatives and marketing collateral for Bankstown Sports Club and associated venues, ensuring brand consistency.Coordinate with the design agency to produce collateral and promotional materials.Support the creation of engaging content, including copywriting, photography, and videography.Assist in updating and maintaining website content, digital screens, and app content.Help manage social media accounts and provide content recommendations.Assist in the planning and execution of live events, entertainment and member promotions.Coordinate with Live Events Manager to ensure successful event delivery.Assist in gathering and analysing data to inform marketing decisions.Minimum RequirementsDegree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing platforms.Passion for the hospitality industry and a strong desire to learn and grow in marketing.Initiative-taking, enthusiastic, and willing to take on new challenges.Familiarity with content creation tools such as Photoshop and Canva is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Strong multitasking abilities and time-management skills.The BenefitsBe a part of a culture that celebrates your success, where we help others to succeed and are driven to find a way to make our challenges work for us.Join a supportive and modern team built on teamwork, empowerment of others and transparency.Free, secure parking.Daily Meal Allowance to be used in venue on food, tea and coffee.Additional Wellbeing Leave each year on top of all other accruals.Ongoing in-person, on-the-job, and online opportunities to stretch yourself and continue your growth.Rewards & Recognition – We acknowledge the hard work of our people and like to reward accordingly.This role offers an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to kick-start their marketing career and contribute to the vibrant environment of Bankstown Sports Club.
