Our busy Food & Beverage Department includes Amber Restaurant, the popular Sydney Cidery Bar and seven conferencing and event spaces.
Amber Restaurant is freshly renovated, focusing on the finest cuts of meats and the freshest of seafood, while sustainably Australian.Our CBD location is just 20 minutes from Sydney Airport, with easy access to the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour, and Cockle Bay.
