Als Incident Manager (w/m/d) in unserem Support Team unterstützt Du unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden bei technischen Störungen.
Deine technische Affinität sowie Dein ausgeprägter Servicegedanke ergänzen sich bei der Analyse abwechslungsreicher Problemstellungen, die Du im Zusammenspiel mit anderen Fachbereichen koordinierst.
Deine Aufgaben Betreuung unserer Kunden bei technischen Störungen (keine Call-Center Tätigkeit) Bearbeitung, Priorisierung, Klassifizierung, Dokumentation und Überwachung von Incidents in unserem Ticketsystem (Jira) Durchführung von Fehler-Ursachen-Analysen, auch in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen, inklusive der Bereitstellung eines Workarounds oder einer Lösung Koordination der Maßnahmen zur Analyse und Behebung von Incidents zwischen Service Desk, Hosting und Software-Entwicklung Unterstützung des Service Desk Teams bei fachlichen Fragen Erstellung und Pflege von Einträgen in unserer Wissensdatenbank Dein Profil Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/ Studium im Bereich IT oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung Supporterfahrung im IT-Umfeld, sowie Kenntnisse in der Log- und Fehleranalyse von Webapplikationen Erfahrung im Umgang mit SQL, HTML, XML, CSS, Java Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in deutscher und englischer Sprache Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit, Kunden- und Lösungsorientierung, sowie analytische Fähigkeiten zeichnen Dich aus Arbeitsbedingungen Hybrides Arbeiten: Arbeiten im Home-Office oder im imc Office?
