The National Response Centre (NRC) is an autonomous Business Unit that sits within Energy Supply and Operations (ES&O) Business.
The NRC operates around the clock on a 24/7 basis, responsible for covering a wide range of inbound emergency, non-emergency and incident response call services, including outbound dispatch to field resources and a range of employee safety monitoring services for numerous well known Australian businesses.
Our services are geared towards response-based solutions most often in hazardous environments that ultimately support the health and safety of our customer's people and critical asset infrastructure.
The NRC offering is unique in the market and there are no direct competitors that we know of.

About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing support officer to join our team at a time when the NRC is poised for fast and sustainable market growth.
This role is pivotal in realising the expansion of our complex service offerings within the energy sector and into new adjacent markets.
The ideal candidate will assist in driving our business growth through effective coordination, analysis, and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the account manager, including desktop sales and customer service functions.
Assist in preparing and distributing sales materials, presentations, and reports.
Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Design and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives targeted at B2B lead generation.
Assist in content creation for marketing materials, such as case studies, capability statements and website updates/augments.
Monitor and evaluate marketing performance metrics such as Google Analytics.
Assist in organising and coordinating events to promote NRC services and engage with clients.
Support internal communication efforts related to sales and marketing activities.

This is a newly created role at the NRC due to recent organic growth.
It is now time to appoint a dedicated sales and marketing resource that will provide essential support to the newly appointed account manager and established broader NRC Team.
The role will be autonomous yet part of the NRC Team, requiring a highly capable and motivated individual to support market growth that we know is possible.

What will you bring?

A positive and motivated approach to the role, customers and team.
Proven track record of providing direct customer service.
Experience with coordinating marketing functions.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
