We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Miro and Lucidchart skills to join our growing team
If you have extensive Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN) experience and excellent client-facing skills, we would love to hear from you
This role will suit an experienced BA who can engage at the senior stakeholder level, define and document processes and standards, provide recommendations, and influence excellent customer outcomes, while also being flexible in being hands-on as required.
This is a permanent role based in Sydney.
Responsibilities: Gathering and documenting requirements with business stakeholders, facilitating workshops, interviews, and user story mapping.Refining the product and squad backlogs, breaking down large epics and features into smaller, manageable user stories and creating new user stories and Acceptance Criteria.Analysing data and business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.Supporting UX/UI design particularly for digital assets, including wireframing.Translating technical findings into business language and vice versa.Identifying and recommending opportunities for process optimization, contributing to the development of user-friendly, scalable products and platforms. What you'll need to succeed: 8+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, in an Agile environment.BPMN and Agile skills are essential.Financial Services experience and exposure to Salesforce highly advantageous.Miro and Lucidchart are mandatory requirements.Demonstrated ability to create meticulous and high-quality documentation with keen attention to detail.Adaptable to change and skilled at adjusting documentation in response to evolving requirements and cross-functional collaboration.Previous experience collaborating with a wide range of technical and functional roles.Experience with work management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and Figma.Ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to work across multiple products/platforms/squads.Ability to effectively plan, schedule, and monitor work to meet time and quality targets.Effective facilitation of collaboration between stakeholders.Ability to select appropriately and apply standards, methods, tools, and applications.
