Operating in over 190 countries, our client provides tools and platforms that cater to both individual and enterprise needs.
This is a contract role until June 2025 with strong prospects to extend to 18-months.
The Opportunity Supporting the Regional Sales Activation Lead, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
60% Executive Assistance: complex calendar management and travel arrangements (international and domestic).40% Business Support: creating Excel reports, data analysis, and PowerPoint presentations.Draft communications for emails and newsletters.Analyze data with Power BI and Excel, using pivots and VLOOKUPs.Coordinate team meetings across global time zones.Plan and execute team events, ensuring effective coordination and problem-solving.Track and reconcile expenses and assist with budget management.Build and manage strategic partner alliances and relationships as part of the integrated account and commercial plan.Candidate Requirements Executive Administration experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and other internal Microsoft tools.Ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize high-demand tasks.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proven problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Comfortable working in a team environment, adaptable to change, and able to take initiative.Preferred Skills Experience with data analysis in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts) and Power BI (highly valuable).Strong skills in PowerPoint, including creating impactful presentations.Experience with Microsoft tools.Confidence, proactive mindset, and effective communication skills.Benefits for You Work-from-home opportunities.Potential for extension to the max 18-month tenure.Inclusive and supportive culture with large local EA community.Opportunity to work for a global technology giant.How to Apply If you're ready to take on this exciting opportunity and join the team, please apply here or, alternatively, you can email Travis from our Sydney office at [email address], quoting Job Reference 543517 to register your interest.
