Directors, Chief Information Officer Division Full time
You will join a team of highly motivated and collaborative professionals that work in the Enterprise Transformation Group (ETG).
The ETG is made up of two Divisions, the Chief Information Officer Division (CIOD) and the Enterprise Strategy and Transformation Division (ESTD), that have been established to drive the AEC's transformation agenda and to deliver the Election Systems Modernisation Program (Indigo Program) on behalf of the agency.
The ETG is also responsible for delivering a range of ICT services to the agency including infrastructure, service operations, and architecture.
There is a large focus on integrity, transparency, and accountability in ETG.
Cultural fit and the ability to maintain open and honest communication and collaboration within a team are also critical to the success of these roles.
The expectation is that these roles will embody this culture, support the positive maintenance of the culture within the section, branch, division, and group.
These roles will also help promote transparency and accountability in everything that we do.
Alongside the cultural responsibilities, the AEC is committed to the APS values of being impartial, committed to service, accountable, respectful, and ethical.

The program is looking for an individual with a strong IT program management background with demonstrated evidence of successful delivery experience, particularly in the Australian government context, and someone who can shape and take responsibility for managing the deliverables of the Indigo Program alongside a dedicated and skilled leadership group that spans across different functions from strategy, enablement, change, and assurance.
