Your contributions will make a real differenceThis exciting new position is integral to our expanding team, engaging in a diverse range of wind projects—from initial sales discussions to comprehensive decommissioning assistance.Responsibilities:Develop and roll-out a strategy to drive local content across the ANZ regionBuild relationships with local businesses in key renewable energy zonesEngage with clients to align with their local content approachesConduct reviews to ensure subcontractors meet local content requirementsSupport teams in integrating local content requirements into RFPs and contractsQualifications:Well-developed knowledge of Offshore renewables supply chainQualification or relevant industry experience in engineering, business, law or financeSolid business insight and an interest in the energy industryExposure to an ERP (SAP/Ariba) is beneficial but not essentialGood interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsAdvanced MS Office skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsShows initiative and creativity in finding solutionsSociable and communicative approachWhat we offer:A strong safety cultureDynamic and fast-paced work environmentAn opportunity to work with the world leader in wind energyThe opportunity to further develop your skills and professional developmentGlobal career progression prospectsDiversity and InclusionAdditional information:All potential employees will be subject to undertaking a full medical assessment to be considered for this rolePlease note: We do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including before the advertised closing dateVestas is an equal opportunity employer.
