We are looking for a Partner Technology Evangelist who is ready to join our mission in creating a #CyberFit futureOur Partner Technology Evangelists inspire businesses and individuals through interaction, content creation and communication about Acronis technology and philosophies. The end goal of the evangelist is to inspire and enable our partner channel to adopt our platform within their practice. We help build better businesses through engagement, practice, and enablement.WHAT YOU'LL DOConduct training courses for adult learners: Sales, Technical, and Business topicsBecome a subject matter expert (SME) for all things Acronis (products, people, and policies)Scope projects and estimate time required accuratelyCreate content and relevant assets within a fast-paced environment (digital, live courses, tailored trainings, interactive labs, knowledge checks, certification exams)Learn quickly, collaborate efficiently, share knowledge, and cover new and temporary projects when needed.Instill confidence in others about Acronis technology, market position, and channel programsSocialize Acronis topics internally and externallyConsistently improve based on feedback from outside and internal resourcesWHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)8+ years business experience in a technical role (Sales Engineer, Project Manager, Trainer, etc)Confident public speaker on technical, sales, and business topicsStrong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook)Strong understanding of Adult Learning Theory, Bloom's Taxonomy, and the ADDIE ModelAdept at using an LMS platform to deliver digital learning experiencesStrong interpersonal skills: Ability to listen, collaborate, and influence across groupsStrives for and takes pride in continuous improvementVersatile and willing to adapt in a high growth environment. Resourceful, self-starter with the ability to work autonomouslyExperience crafting courses for SaaS products or Security products a plusTechnical background in complex selling environments a plusVideo editing skills with animation a plusCybersecurity experience a plusFluent in English with great communication skillsOther languages (French, Portuguese, Spanish, Korean, Chinese, Bulgarian, German, Hindi, Japanese, or Italian) a plusWHO WE AREAcronis is a global cyber protection company that provides natively integrated cybersecurity, data protection, and endpoint management for managed service providers (MSPs), small and medium businesses (SMBs), enterprise IT departments and home users.
