The RoleReporting to the GM, you will be responsible for leading the estimation function within the established and successful construction department. Your duties will include:
Overseeing quality bids, measurements, quotes, tenders, and submission of offers.Maintaining good communication with internal and external contacts.Using experience, product knowledge, and a high attention to detail to achieve bids that are both highly competitive and maximise profits.Maintaining strong internal and external relationships, crucial for repeat business.Cultivating a high performing and high quality output from your subordinates.You will be rewarded with unmatched working conditions, and remuneration.
RequirementsWe are looking for top quality here, with the last of the additions to the team (in which we placed) coming from major tier players in the market. Key requirements include:
