We are searching for a dynamic professional who is ready to take their next step into a Customer Experience Marketing Manager position— someone who is ready to take the lead and develop and execute a customer-centric engagement strategy, that drives tenant satisfaction and retention across our assets. In this key position, you'll design bespoke initiatives and activations, cultivate vibrant tenant communities, and play a vital role in growing our brand's presence.What you'll be doing:Develop and execute asset-level communication strategies, ensuring content aligns with our brand vision and engages our tenant community across platforms like Insite, LinkedIn, and social media.Create messaging and content that is on brand, that encourages participation and growth to support events, activations, campaigns, and initiatives while creating a strong sense of community.Collaborate with leasing teams to ensure communications and marketing materials reflect our brand and deliver value to tenants.Collaboration with the General Managers and Asset Managers.Manage event budgets and identify opportunities for collaboration across the portfolio to drive efficiency and maximise impact.Cultivate relationships with event providers to ensure seamless delivery of initiatives and activations, aligned with safety and operational guidelines.Streamline tenant onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences.Partner with the other team members to maintain property portals, digital assets, and communication tools like HubSpot.Deliver performance insights and campaign metrics to the Asset Managers, highlighting areas for continuous improvement.Implement the customer engagement strategy to drive tenant retention, satisfaction, and participation.Integrate customer journey principles into all engagement initiatives, ensuring consistency and impact.What makes this role unique:Leadership and Influence – Drive initiatives that directly impact tenant relationships and elevate customer experience.Strategic Focus – Join our forward-thinking team that values creativity and strategic decision-making.Growth and Development – At Investa we'll support your professional growth and encourage innovation.Inclusive Workplace – Collaborate within a culture that values diversity and fosters collaboration.Qualifications & skills:Degree or qualification in marketing, communications, business or a related discipline desirable but not essential.Experience in the property industry highly desirable.Contractor/outsourced provider management experience.Understand property fundamentals.Understand tenant and stakeholder drivers and needs.Understand customer service excellence and how to implement these with the Customer Experience Marketing Managers & asset teams.High proficiency in Account Management.Ability to influence multiple stakeholders.Strong communication skills, written and verbal.High attention to detail.Strong project management skills.Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, Hubspot, Excel desirable.Why join Investa?We're an organisation known for our culture – we're unique, friendly and transparent.
