Do you thrive at the intersection of social media engagement and operational excellence?We're seeking a dynamic Customer Support & Community Specialist to join our Customer Support team and take our user experience to the next level
As our Customer Support & Community Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful connections with our users while ensuring our support operations run like a well-oiled machine.
You'll be the bridge between our brand and our community, creating positive experiences that turn customers into advocates. Our team follows a hybrid model working out of our office in Cremorne, so we'd love to see applications from those based in (or willing to relocate to) Melbourne.
