We're seeking a dynamic Customer Support & Community Specialist to join our Customer Support team and take our user experience to the next level

As our Customer Support & Community Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful connections with our users while ensuring our support operations run like a well-oiled machine.
You'll be the bridge between our brand and our community, creating positive experiences that turn customers into advocates.

Our team follows a hybrid model working out of our office in Cremorne, so we'd love to see applications from those based in (or willing to relocate to) Melbourne.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and resolve complex customer escalations with finesse Monitor and manage social media interactions and app reviews Cultivate an engaged community across our social media platforms Spearhead our concierge service initiatives to enhance customer onboarding and retention Ensure seamless operational coverage and support continuity Drive process improvements to boost team efficiency and customer satisfaction
