You will be the feet on the ground representing the business with the full support of the team back at HQ in NZ.You will focus on maintaining existing accounts, identifying prospective customers, and developing new relationships.This is a pure solution sales role, so you will be accustomed to working with a lengthy sales cycle (up to 6 months) and competent at working closely with customers and technical/design professionals to find bespoke solutions to specific process requirements.As a natural, hungry but humble hunter, you will focus on new business development, but with a strong pipeline already in place, you will hit the ground running.As a field-based position, you will spend 3-4 days a week visiting clients across NSW and VIC, including regional locations, so you must be comfortable as a solo operator and have the ability to travel extensively.Responsibilities:Drive new business growth and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients.Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing tailored solutions.Conduct sales presentations, product demos, and negotiate contracts.Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery.Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to outperform competitors.RequirementsQualifications:3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or engineering field.Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Willingness to travel frequently across Australia, with overnight stays as required.A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach.Do these values resonate with you?Sales Excellence: Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial packaging.Customer Focus: Prioritize customer relationships and needs.Ownership Mindset: Be a self-starter with integrity, urgency, and autonomy.Mechanical Aptitude: Interest in engineering and technical knowledge.Travel Enthusiast: Embrace extensive travel, including rural customer visits.Resilience and Optimism: Thrive in challenging situations.Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed targets.Excellent Communicator: Build rapport easily with strong interpersonal skills.Adaptable & Innovative: Quickly pivot strategy when needed.Energetic & Action-Oriented: Operate with vigor and take prompt action.BenefitsWhat's in it for you?Opportunity to progress into a Sales Leadership role & build a team in Australia.Competitive salary package between $130,000 and $250,000.Company Profit Sharing Scheme (GBS).Uncapped bonuses; the more you sell, the more you earn.Company Vehicle & Fuel Card.Mobile phone and laptop.Generous L&D budgets for professional development.Complimentary paid holiday for birthday, weddings, and significant anniversaries.Paid volunteer days.If you are ready to take on this exciting new role, submit your resume and cover letter#J-18808-Ljbffr
