About the role
Coastal Office National is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team.
This full-time position based in West Gosford, NSW will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the local market.
What you'll be doing
Prospecting and identifying potential new customers through various channels Scheduling and conducting meetings with key decision-makers to understand their needs and present our product and service offerings Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations to effectively showcase our capabilities Negotiating contract pricing and closing new business deals Maintaining a robust pipeline of opportunities and actively managing the sales process Collaborating with existing clients to identify category expansion opportunities and other sales growth opportunities Providing excellent customer service and building lasting relationships with existing and new clients What we're looking for
Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the office supplies or related industry but not essential as we will train the right candidate Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers Ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure new business Proficient in using CRM systems and sales-related technologies Self-motivated with a keen drive to achieve and exceed sales targets Collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional team members What we offer
