Job Description About the Role
This role performs routine duties in the aged care industry which may include working as part of a team to meet the support needs of residents in the residential/community environment.
An Environmental Services Officer (Support Staff) will do various tasks across cleaning, laundry, and catering departments.
Duties
Utilising machinery to clean all floor surfaces to ensure safety.
Vacuuming and mopping office and communal areas.
Serving meals and ensuring a friendly, interactive experience for our residents.
Ironing, folding, packing, and loading/unloading of washers and dryers.
Other general duties as directed.
Ensure compliance with Jimbelunga Nursing Centre policy and process.

Starting base rate is $26 per hour (depends on qualification and experience) plus 25% of casual loading and 11.5% super.

Desired Skills and Experience COVID-19 Requirements
Immunization history showing you have received two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine is encouraged.
Requirements
Reliability and shift flexibility.
Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Working rights in Australia.
NDIS worker clearance (yellow card) or eligible to apply.
