Regional Sales Executive - ANZ, Hybrid
Job Summary GTreasury is the leading innovator of integrated SaaS treasury and risk management solutions for the digital treasurer.

As a Regional Sales Executive with GTreasury, you will be responsible for creating, nurturing, managing and maintaining a productive business relationship with prospective customers ensuring they understand the value of – and achieve maximum benefits from – the use of GTreasury products and services for the ANZ territory, one of GTreasury's high growth regions.
This is a hunter position with the autonomy to leverage relationships through high activity, requiring the candidate to be located within the ANZ region.
GTreasury encourages an entrepreneurial mindset combined with a defined process that will ensure success.
Primary support services include execution of work projects / items within the assigned region and proper handoff to account managers.
What We're Looking For : Someone to embrace the opportunity with a positive attitudeA track record of success in past rolesOptimism and curiosity: Optimism will allow you to see the solution through the constraints, and curiosity will allow you to chart the path to success.Inquisitive nature with an inherent desire to solve problemsKind, thoughtful, and respectful with a growth mindsetWe're looking for somebody who knows that software sales is a team sport, who values collaboration, and who is always growing and seeking to improve their own skillsEssential Duties : Achieve new business revenue goals set forth by leadershipDevelop and deliver (face to face) product presentations weeklyClose new accounts and sign new account agreements as directedKnow where each prospect sits in the sales process and bring them to closure by offering solutions based on their specific needs.Attend applicable trade shows, industry events, and user events, as set forth by leadershipMaintain a keen understanding of your market and its potential as it continually evolves along with a deep understanding of conducting business in your assigned territoryDevelop, execute, and follow a business plan for your territoryYou will be responsible for determining the total opportunities in your territory and maintaining clear analysis and understanding of sales growth potential in the assigned territoryMaintain a deep understanding of the competition and be aware of their penetration into your marketplaceWork closely with your direct manager and the sales team to develop competitive sales strategiesSkills & Requirements : 3+ years in Sales / Account Management experience required with enterprise B2B / SaaS / Fintech strongly preferredSalesforce experience or applicable CRM tool experience required for daily Salesforce utilizationPast Presidents Club or equivalent award winner multiple years a plusDocumented Top 10% in sales yearly attainment of goalsAccredited sales development program achievementExcellent skills in communicating ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner including presentationsExcellent listening, presentation, and consultative skillsProven organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and proven success working directly with clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skills – ability to interface and influence at multiple organizational levelsWe will ask that you provide references from past direct reports / managers25-50% travel requiredMust be located within territory (ANZ, ideally Sydney as this will be a hybrid role)Education Requirements : Bachelor's degree in business preferred, or equivalent experience.What You Will Get : A high impact, high visibility role at a growing SaaS company that values personal growth, accountability, and the concept of "good work."This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a big impact, work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, and win as a team to scale a growing business.A culture of open collaboration and problem solving.An empowered role on the Sales team, with critical responsibility for driving business value for a large US territoryGreat benefits, culture, and the ability to work remotely.About GTreasury : GTreasury believes there is opportunity in complexity.
