Description:
Fexle is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Outbound Sales to drive our sales initiatives in developed markets.
This is a senior leadership role requiring a seasoned professional with a proven track record in IT sales, particularly in international markets.
Experience in APAC, especially Australia, is highly desirable.
This individual will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies while supporting the Australian and global business.
They must possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to manage delivery expectations.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to target developed markets, particularly in APAC.
Drive lead generation, prospecting, and client acquisition efforts.
Motivate and guide clients to make proactive decisions aligned with their business goals.
Establish and manage a referral network with local and international businesses.
Act as a Delivery Lead, ensuring smooth execution of client projects while balancing sales objectives.
Manage client relationships independently, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
Set and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
Prepare and validate sales reports for submission to C-level executives.
Monitor the competitive landscape and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Maximize value from existing clients and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
Drive individual annual sales goals and ensure accountability for achieving targets.
Shift timing would be 06:30 AM IST to 03:30 PM IST for 9 hours.
Requirements:
10+ years of IT sales and delivery experience, with a proven track record in international markets.
Must have prior hands-on experience as a developer in the early years of their career.
Demonstrated ability to generate business through overseas travel.
Strong prospecting and closing skills, coupled with exceptional solution-selling expertise.
Solid understanding of IT solutions, including software development, consulting, and digital marketing.
Ability to multi-task and seamlessly manage sales and delivery responsibilities.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Communications, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Must have sales experience in international markets.
Cold calling is a must.
Preparing proposals.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Any CRM license sales experience is a must.
