Serving as pivotal players in the sales cycle, SDRs often serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers with Insightech.
Whether through phone conversations, email correspondence, or other mediums, SDRs adeptly craft a favorable impression of Insightech, laying the groundwork for a prospect's sales journey.We envision this individual progressing within Insightech and this role will be the gateway to advancing towards Account Executive or Sales Development Leadership.The TeamThe Sales Development Representative is a pivotal member of the Insightech Go-to-Market team.
Within our high-growth startup environment, you will have unparalleled opportunities to collaborate closely with the Head of Sales, Customer Success Team, and Founders, contributing to the nurturing of sales opportunities and the identification of growth avenues.In your role as an SDR at Insightech, you will spearhead the generation of new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting efforts, spanning email, phone, and social media outreach.
Additionally, you will collaborate extensively with both the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies, ensuring a seamless flow of qualified prospects.
It will also be essential to maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system, enabling efficient tracking and management of leads.
Moreover, you'll have the chance to represent Insightech at industry events, further expanding our network and fostering valuable connections.What will you do?This role reports to and partners directly with the Enterprise Account ExecutivePartnering with Enterprise Account Executive to build target account and contact list who will benefit from our solutionResearch prospects to craft tailored messaging and communicate relevant valueExecute outbound calls, emails, and social touchpoints to generate interestSupport Marketing team to plan events and campaignsAttend sponsored and networking events with Sales Team to generate opportunities, travel may be requiredSchedule introductory meetings with qualified prospects to build pipelineCollaborate with Head of Sales to drive new opportunities forwardProvide strategic insight and recommendations to Leadership teamWhat are you great at?Self-motivating and consistently working hard, even in challenging situations.Holding yourself accountable to meeting daily expectations and targets.Working through ambiguity and proactively problem-solving.Finding simple solutions for complex problems.Great attention to detail.Adapting to change and a quickly evolving environment.Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.You're The Kind Of Person Who...Has a strong interest in pursuing a long term sales career in the SaaS industry.Is eager to work in a startup environment and contribute to building something meaningful.
