Sales Development Representative

My client is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their high performing team based in North Sydney, NSW.
They are a large global organisation supporting MSPs and IT resellers with their highly competitive product features.
This role is focused on booking qualified meetings for the Account Executives.
You would be selling into IT Managers in MSPs (managed service providers) and IT departments directly in the SMB space across a range of vertical markets.
The perks : Uncapped Commissions with quarterly acceleratorsWork Laptop provided.Weekly Tuesday & Thursday lunches provided in office.Your first month will be guaranteed commissions.Great banter / culture – who doesn't love a cheeky laughHybrid working – Monday and Friday are WFH.Office is a short walk from North Sydney station.Growth opportunities available.Global and market leading product.Achievable targets – they want to reward youHow will you contribute : Previous B2C / B2B sales experience.Very open to sales backgrounds (face to face or phone based) – proven track record meeting KPI's is highly regarded.Candidates from sales, sales development, doorknocking, car sales, real estate backgrounds (to name a few) are encouraged to apply.Prior 3+ months experience as an SDR / BDR / BDM or similar outbound calling role is a bonus.Must have a proven track record of exceeding KPI's.You are a high energy individual with a 'can-do' attitude.Desire to learn and innately curious to know more about your clients.Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls and correspondence.
