Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for a Shell Card Marketing Manager to lead the Shell Card marketing team, including management of day-to-day marketing activities as well as setting the long-term marketing strategy.
This role will have primary accountability for the P&L for the SME segment and providing marketing support to the broader Shell Card Business.
This is a 12-month fixed term Maternity Leave contract.
Responsibilities P&L Ownership for mass market portfolio.
Managing all marketing for the Shell Card business and activities within the marketing department.
Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with sales activities.
Overseeing the company's marketing budget.
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing communications.
Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
Working closely with design agencies and assisting with new product launches.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
Qualifications Minimum 2-5 years' experience in Digital Marketing.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
Well-developed customer service focus with excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Exceptional organisational and planning skills that contribute to effective and efficient project execution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).
High attention to detail, organised, and the ability to multi-task under pressure and work on a number of campaigns simultaneously.
Ability to problem solve that contributes to productive and creative outcomes.
