Join Rocketspark and make your mark in a purpose-driven organisation that's passionate about helping small businesses succeed.Essential experience, skills & knowledgeResponsibilitiesStrategy and Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to drive growth for both partners and customers.Content and Campaigns: Oversee the creation and execution of engaging marketing content and campaigns across various channels.Community and Events: Foster and grow the design partner network through community-building initiatives and events.Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a growing marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals.Performance and Analytics: Track and measure marketing effectiveness using data-driven insights to optimise strategies.Required SkillsStrategic Thinking: Ability to develop and align strategies with business goals.Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Organisational Skills: Strong project management and organisational abilities.Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis to inform marketing decisions.Content Creation: Expertise in producing engaging content across various formats.Digital Marketing: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, marketing automation, and CRM tools.Community Engagement: Experience in building and maintaining active communities.ExperienceMinimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or tech, with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Learn more about the Marketing Manager role and our teamMore about Rocketspark and what we stand forThe team at Rocketspark have created an award-winning, beautifully simple website builder and ecommerce platform.
