Enterprise Account Manager

Private Equity backed SaaS business Sydney based - hybrid working $270K OTE Our client is a Private Equity backed SaaS business with a strong existing client base across Civil Engineering, Construction, and Government sectors.
As the Enterprise Business Manager you will be responsible for hunting and winning new business as well as building on their existing client base.
This is an exciting time to join the business whilst they go through a period of growth, they are also investing heavily in marketing and inbound leads.
The role: Drive business growth by identifying and engaging with prospective clients Identify and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in Australia's top businesses.
Key clients include Civil Engineering, Construction, and Government Strategize and execute plans for maximizing opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
Ability to sell strategically to maximize deal size managing the entire sales cycle from qualification to close.
Requirements: Experience in enterprise sales or account management within the software or technology sector.
Proven track record in sales and strong business acumen, commercially focused with a competitive mindset.
Experience working with construction, civil engineering & government clients is highly desirable Excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a proactive and results-driven approach.
You're a strategic thinker, comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and building win-win partnerships.
