As a team, we value strategic thinking, prioritising our customers, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by multinational organisations.What you'll doThe Account Manager, Enterprise plays a crucial role at Airwallex as we expand our enterprise customer base in Australia. You'll work closely with our platform team to support our top-tier clients, from implementing APIs to the post-go-live phase. You'll also collaborate with various internal teams at Airwallex, including sales, product, engineering, marketing, finance, and strategy.If you're a technology enthusiast who enjoys Fintech, you'll be eager to learn about our platform and solve complex problems. This will enable you to work with customers, understand their needs, and provide more value to their business.This role is based in Sydney or Melbourne.Responsibilities:Client Navigator: Guide our prestigious accounts through onboarding and expansion, maximizing their value.Relationship Expert: Collaborate across various internal departments – customer support, onboarding, products, and solutions engineering – to optimise processes and create new client value streams.The Glue: Act as the central point of contact for your complex client portfolio, fielding day-to-day questions while spotting trends and proactively addressing broader issues.The Product Expert: Dive deep into our product offerings and become the go-to expert for understanding how the Airwallex platform can solve diverse business challenges.The Visionary: Partner with clients to shape the future Use QBRs and client insights to suggest new product avenues, planting the seeds of future growth.Who you areWe're looking for people who meet the minimum requirements for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.Minimum qualifications:8+ years in enterprise account management, ideally in fintech or complex technology sales.You understand lengthy sales cycles and the nuances of enterprise relationships.You excel at building rapport across all levels, from C-suite executives to operations teams.Project management experience: You'll simultaneously manage multiple clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring everything stays on track.You have a Payments Background: Understanding payments dramatically enhances your success in this role.Preferred qualifications:You're excited to learn technical concepts and become our internal product champion.You are a creative problem solver: Ambiguity is your friend.
