About The OpportunityAs a Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of the kitchen.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standardsManaging the kitchen effectively in the absence of the head chef, ensuring all tasks are executed seamlesslyAssisting with creative menu planning that excites patrons and showcases seasonal ingredientsMonitoring and training junior staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence within the teamMaintaining food safety and hygiene standards at all timesAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:
A culinary qualification paired with 3-5 years of experience in a busy, fast-paced kitchenProven ability to work collaboratively within a team, bringing enthusiasm and a hands-on approach to the roleA passion for creating memorable dining experiences that resonate with guestsYou will also have:
