Incredible team member discounts from your first day on-the-job.Up to 50% off stays at EVT hotels – Rydges, QT, Atura, Lylo, Independent Collection and more.$2 movie tickets, plus Moonlight, Gold Class, Candy Bar discounts and more.Awesome winter and summer savings and discounts at Thredbo.Rapid career growth opportunities through our EVT network.Local community involvement, volunteering and charitable giving.Australia and NZ's largest and most diverse experiences company.Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the Concierge team in the absence of the Head Concierge.Support daily operations of the Concierge team in elevating the guest's welcome experience.Assist the Head Concierge in the training and development, rostering and financial management of the team.Provide guests with information on Hotel services and local attractions/events.Parking guest's vehicles both on-site and off-site with the utmost care.Order taxi's and/or ride shares for guests as required.Deliver all luggage, messages, mail and special requests are handled promptly, efficiently and professionally.Ensure the Hotel lobby and entrance are kept impeccably clean and tidy.Skills & Experience Driver's license, manual preferred however not essential.Previous experience supervising and mentoring staff in a customer service environment.Previous experience using Property Management Systems advantageous e.g.
Opera.Excellent communication skills and customer service.Excellent personal grooming and presentation.The ability to handle pressure, multi-task and get the job done.Ability to work a variety of shifts across the week.About the Role We have an exciting new position available as Concierge Supervisor
The role will suit candidates with previous experience overseeing, training and mentoring staff in a similar customer service focused role, with an outgoing personality to elevate our guest's experience.
Being the first and last point of contact for our guests, our Concierge team plays a vital role in our operations.
We strive to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity, aided by our insatiable enthusiasm and people skills.
