Amazon Web Services is seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our Public Sector team in Sydney. The territory covers a portfolio of Local Government, Non-profit, and Healthcare. You will be responsible for developing and managing a sales pipeline, delivering on account strategies, identifying and building relationships with key decision-makers, working with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create and present compelling solutions that drive great customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, adaptable, articulate, passionate about creating great customer outcomes, and have an entrepreneurial spirit. Our innovative new services (including Generative AI), local and global resources help our field teams be successful, but most importantly, it's Amazon's culture and customer obsession that sets us apart from other organizations.Key job responsibilities:Work to increase adoption of AWS cloud services in a defined territoryHelp create and maintain a robust sales pipeline of opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new businessArticulate compelling value propositions to customersWork with AWS partners to manage joint selling opportunitiesAssist customers in identifying use cases for adoption of cloud servicesDevelop long-term strategic relationships with key accountsAbout the team:We are a collaborative team that treats stakeholders and teammates like customers, and aim to ensure everything we deliver provides the highest value for our customers.
