Long established and highly successful international business specialising in the design and manufacture of flexible packaging, predominantly for food and food processing industries.

To support our continued growth, we are expanding our field sales team with the appointment of a Territory Sales Manager for Victoria.

This role reports into the HQ based National Sales & Marketing Manager and is further supported by direct access to the Director's, Management Team, Customer Service & Sales Coordinators.

Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management and business development focusing on selling to customers within the meat, dairy and/or agriculture industries with proven track record of delivering results.
Experience with food & food processing packaging/or adjacent products is highly desirable .
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong track record of establishing and maintaining multi-point, multi-level contacts with customers.
Genuine accomplishments in both new business development and account management.
A deep understanding of complex sales cycles and the ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments is essential.
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented , and able to work independently.
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Tasks & Responsibilities Customer Satisfaction & Service : Provide an excellent customer experience through regular contact with clients and strong follow-through on requests.
Key Account Management : Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
New Business Development : Explore and develop new business opportunities.
Value Add & Continuous Improvement : Undertake site inventory audits and implement product trials.
Strategic Planning : Develop and execute effective call plans.
Reporting : Frequent accurate & timely CRM management and reporting.
Travel : You will be required to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
This position is a remote role and requires a home office set-up when not in the field.
