About the role: Lendlease Construction currently has an opportunity for a Technology construction focused Services Manager to join our team in Victoria to help guide and deliver our ongoing Health care pipeline, with an opportunity available on Melton Hospital.
The position will focus on managing the design and installation of technology services including IT, Security, ICN, and other networks within the hospital.
The role will be working closely with the technical consultants for the design, making reports to the client, and collaborating with the trades on site to install and deliver the project.
You will be responsible for managing the interface requirements between technology and building elements including design, coordination, approval, and completion requirements of the technological disciplines in conjunction with the project team.
To be successful you will need: Over 6 years experience in the construction industry focused within the services space Degree qualified in a relevant field of study Previous experience on large scale healthcare projects Background in technology construction, procurement or installation on large scale projects Able to communicate with influence and enjoy engaging with multiple internal, external, and client stakeholder groups Effective communication and leadership skills to manage multiple internal and external stakeholder groups Accountability for driving client-driven outcomes and safety initiatives About Lendlease: With a national delivery capability, combined with a sector-focused approach, Lendlease Construction provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design, and construction services driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience.
