The Role
An exciting and challenging opportunity has emerged for a Product Marketing Specialist to join this high-performing team at their Melbourne office. This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional with a passion for driving product innovation and a talent for navigating the complexities of a fast-paced, evolving industry.
Reporting directly to the Deputy Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse product portfolio, developing and executing strategic marketing plans that align with business objectives. Your responsibilities will encompass product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategies, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring product success and market penetration. This role provides an excellent platform to showcase your strategic thinking, creativity, and ability to drive growth.
Key responsibilities:Product Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute innovative plans to drive the success of product launches and ongoing campaigns.Go-to-Market Expertise: Implement streamlined processes to ensure products launch efficiently and perform strongly in the market.Content Creation: Lead the creation of compelling marketing assets for digital, in-store, and traditional channels.Insights & Analytics: Utilise consumer research and data to craft targeted campaigns that meet market demands.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution.Campaign Performance: Monitor and refine marketing strategies to meet or exceed KPIs. About You:3+ years of experience in product or brand marketing, ideally within consumer electronics, FMCG, or related industries.A proven ability to craft and execute go-to-market strategies and manage new product launches.Exceptional communication skills to translate technical features into consumer-focused messages.A proactive and adaptable mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.Experience in leveraging data to drive marketing decisions.
