What you'll be doing
Lead innovation as a Senior Business Analyst, driving data-driven decisions and impactful solutions.
Translating data into actionable insights for informed decision-making.
Managing end-to-end project development and process improvements.
Collaborating with stakeholders to define analytics needs and goals.
Enhancing agile frameworks and driving change initiatives.
Implementing HL7 (FHIR) data sets for advanced analytics success.
Selection Criteria:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or advanced degree in related discipline and/or relevant experience.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in Information Strategy, Data Governance & Architecture, Big Data & Analytics.
Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret health information.
Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment.
Proven application of problem-solving skills to address complex health data and analytics challenges.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with extensive experience in engaging senior business stakeholders.
Proven effectiveness coaching and advising stakeholders on project management methodology.
Proven capacity to develop, implement and promote Business Analytics Services Corporate initiatives.
