We only look at our competitors to ensure we can act differently.We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Key Account Manager to join our high performing and supportive team based in our Brisbane office.About the RoleOperating in our dynamic, fast paced and agile environment, your key responsibilities include:Grow sales and market share across Food service channels especially in Hotels and Key AccountsManage and grow existing customer accounts and customer service levelsSupport the business and key accounts in raising the standard for in-cup qualityGain and maintain new key accountsDevelop strategic new business targets within QLDMaintain the company image and standards across all product categoriesEnsure VFB is delivering on contractual obligations and ROI'sConduct yearly and half yearly business reviewsQuarterly country/travel visitsIdeally you will demonstrate:Extensive Key Account Management experience in the Food & Beverage industryKnowledge of the Foodservice channel, Hotels, Clubs, institutions and Multi site operatorsExperience in the coffee industry is preferredStrong network within Major Hotel GroupsStrong business and customer relationships at senior executive levels within your speciality channelA successful track record in winning new business across key accountsIn depth knowledge and understanding in your key sector and channelStrong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlinesPrior experience winning and maintaining high profile, high volume accountsExceptional at delivering customer service to our existing and potential clientsAble to review, identify and improve profitability and growth opportunitiesAn outstanding communicator and comfortable dealing with key stakeholders at all levelsWe Offer You:Generous staff discounts on productsOnsite parkingUnlimited barista made coffee and weekly catered lunchesPersonal and professional growth opportunities to continue learning and developing your careerGiving back to the community by our generous contribution and involvement in a number of major charitiesBe part of a unique culture built on strong family valuesVittoria Food & Beverage is committed to developing and retaining highly talented people.
