Reporting to the State Manager, VIC Nursing, this exciting opportunity is perfect for a motivated individual passionate about driving initiatives while nurturing strong relationships with existing partners in the Acute and Aged Care sectors.
In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to convert client demand into successfully filled shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery and satisfaction across the board.Key responsibilities include:Maintain and develop positive relationships with major clients to ensure delivery of agreed outcomes.Maintain positive relationships with key internal stakeholders across business/function lines to ensure delivery of agreed outcomes.Professionally represent the company as the leading healthcare agency in Australia.Ensure appropriate reporting and client records are maintained.Assist with market research to understand competitor landscape.Involvement in tender processes where required.Work closely with internal workforce team to ensure exceptional delivery to our clients.To be Considered:Demonstrate exceptional engagement skills, as this role is largely around engaging and communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.Be credible, relatable, and memorableYou will require demonstrated experience within the healthcare industry.Significant experience with team and client engagement.Account management experience.Leadership qualities.About HCA:Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia's largest specialist healthcare workforce provider.
