Join us as our Marketing Manager and lead initiatives that elevate brand awareness and client engagement.
In this dynamic role, you'll design and execute impactful marketing strategies and bring our brand story to life through engaging, informative content across multiple brands and channels.
Your key responsibilities will be to: Plan, create, and deliver activities comprising the business' client communications calendar, including the Zenith Insight, Quarterly Research Update, Super Insider, and annual client surveyDeliver campaigns, set targets for each activity, and monitor and report on engagementDevelop and deliver the managed account adviser retention and super fund retention programsDeliver the business' flagship events, including the Chant West Super Fund Awards, Zenith Fund Awards, and Fund Manager UpdatesTo join us you will need the following experience and skills: You must have at least 4 years' marketing experience, excellent communication skills and a knack for creative problem-solvingYou must have experience working with financial services organisationsYou must be able to juggle multiple and often competing prioritiesYou will ideally possess stakeholder management skills coupled with strong organisational abilitiesYou are ideally a creative thinker with exceptional writing skills and possess a keen attention for detailYou have experience in developing and implementing content across various brands and channelsYou have experience working with marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot, in addition to experience using the Adobe Creative Suite.By joining the team, you will be offered the following: The opportunity to make your mark on the success of a fast-paced entrepreneurial company that is growing internationallyA collaborative, ambitious and professional working environment with good opportunities for further developmentA culture that is about continuous learning and development to ensure that we retain our brand integrity within the financial services industryCommitment to foster an environment that welcomes individual perspectives, backgrounds, and life experiencesEligibility for a discretionary bonus4 days study leave per annum$4,000 p.a.
