As a Manager of APAC New Logo Sales you will be responsible for leading a team of 6-8 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) that drive the strategic business growth for new Lucid customers.
You will work hand-in-hand with other sales and customer success leadership to ensure renewals, drive expansion, and continual customer engagement for the reps on your team.
This role will report to the Sr. Director of APAC Sales.
Responsibilities: Coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team of AEsSuccessfully forecast and manage pipeline of entire teamAssist in the recruiting and training to grow and maintain a growing sales orgDevelop and execute on quarterly account plans with repsConduct quarterly business review sessions with each sales repManage productivity, funnel of opportunities, and quality to ensure teams meet established goals and standardsProvide ongoing process improvements, recommendations, and implementation of theseAssist in managing programs to achieve target goals for team and individual representativesDevelop and maintain expert knowledge of the features, benefits, and application of Lucid's offeringUnderstand the competitive landscapeRequirements: 5+ years of sales experience (preferably in tech/SaaS)2+ years of sales management experience in tech/SaaSExperience as an expert coach and leaderAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesOutstanding written and verbal communication skillsExperience with Salesforce.com CRM reporting, Tableau, Outreach, and other sales software solutionsPreferred Qualifications: Detailed knowledge of and passion for SaaS applicationsStrong technical backgroundExperience managing a large teamApply for this jobFirst Name *
