Cleanstate Commercial Cleaning is an expanding family-owned business operating out of Brisbane for over 16 years.
A challenging role is currently available for a highly motivated person to assist in the continued growth of the company.
We want someone who is hands-on and looking for a stable career and future, who may be looking to go to the next level in the industry.
The successful candidate will have a cleaning industry background with experience in managing & coordinating cleaning activities over a wide range of sites.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS To be successful in this position you must:
Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of all aspects of cleaning Experienced in new client start-ups Be able to organise and direct other people Recruit, train and supervise new cleaners/contractors on site Have past experience in building and maintaining good relations with both internal and external stakeholders Customer focused & have good customer service skills Able to maintain appropriate records & computer literate Possess a current, clean Driver's License Must have or be able to obtain a blue card Excellent interpersonal skills You will be self-motivated, with pride in yourself and your work Proactive with a solution-focused, common sense attitude Dependable, organised and thorough Willing to lead by example If you have the above qualities and abilities and want to work in a team committed to quality customer service, where your professionalism, ethics, and contribution are valued, then we want to see your resume.
