With a total of 2,030 well-appointed guestrooms, both hotels also offer a distinct collection of 12 lifestyle and dining choices including Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant JAAN by Kirk Westaway, cutting-edge meeting space at Raffles City Convention Centre with 34 meeting rooms and one of Asia's largest spas, Willow Stream Spa.

Summary of Responsibilities: Ensure all calls & emails are answered in a courteous, friendly and prompt manner, following LQA standards and VOG initiativesRecord accurate guest details in ResDiaryOffer alternatives or Standby List to guests should the restaurant be fully bookedKeep online portals open during slow periodsClose online portals when restaurant is near fully bookedCheck that canceled or no show online reservations are removed from online portals backendUse ResDiary Promotion section & Promotions folder to advise guests of accurate and correct informationBe up to date with Gift Central systemBe up to date with Fairmont at HomeMaintain collaborative working relationship with Restaurant Hostess and Restaurant ManagersFollow SOP & email templates created by Dining Reservation ManagerEnsure PCI Compliance for all credit card transactionsEnsure smooth running of operations in the absence of Dining Reservations Manager & Assistant ManagerAssist Senior Leaders as requiredAssist outlets when they are shorthanded (hostess/service)Generate IKE Reports (I Know Everything)Set up of Messages in ResDiarySet up of Promotions (discounts)Set up of Promotions (Events)Upkeep Online Health of each restaurant & bar (Accurate menus, time, info, pictures)Upload new menus on all online portalsQualifications: Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalentBasic call centre or F&B operation experienceFluent in verbal and written English.Good interpersonal, telephone etiquette and communication skillsComputer Knowledge, i.e.
well versed with emails, Microsoft word & excel, online informationSeat and handle continuous calls for a prolonged timeProlonged glare from work station monitorEnergetic and cheerful attitude in handling repetitive callsAbility to handle guest negative feedbackShow empathy should a request not be met #J-18808-Ljbffr
