All to leave your mark for more sustainable growth.Dare to make an impact?YOUR ROLEDefine and execute local account strategy, including annual revenue plan and target plan.Identify business opportunities, steer business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives.Drive and roll-out customer approvals and push upstream solution selling.Develop and maintain sustainable and long-term relationships both with relevant external and internal stakeholders.Analyze financial KPIs and proactively steer key account business.Tasks supporting account strategy including sales forecast updates, monthly reports, claims and accruals management, etc.YOUR SKILLSRelevant tertiary qualifications (desired not essential).1-3 years of FMCG experience.Experience in account management.A strong negotiator with exceptional analytical and presentation skills.Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and direct strategies and build relationships.At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
